Contract Sewing

In 1980, Jonco Industries was formed with a talented team offering deep expertise in manufacturing and engineering. The Jonco vision emerged from this team’s vision of simplicity: one stop, with all necessary services.

When the team was approached with a project that required specialty sewing, they decided to go for it. Now, 30 years later, specialty sewing contracts are one of our core services. Apparel, banners, backpacks, bags, tool rolls, uniforms — you name it, we can create it.

Our industrial contract sewing services can accommodate projects large and small, from independent short runs to large commercial contracts.

The Jonco Process: Top Quality at a One-Stop Shop

Our sewing services are backed by advanced technology and expert execution from in-house designers and engineers. Whether you require banners, embroidery, padded bags and covers, clothing, bedding, flags, curtains, or shelters, the Jonco team does it all.

We manage your project from start to finish, beginning with your custom design.

  • The Jonco team receives initial designs.
  • After refining your design, we’ll produce sample products to assess and modify. Our team will execute as many revisions as needed, until we get it right.
  • We will finalize the pattern for the finished project, then send it for manufacturing. We can readily create both small batches and production-scale runs.
  • After the run has been completed, our team manages final shipping and pickup coordination to ensure quick, efficient delivery.

We can create physical patterns, digitize cut patterns for eventual automated fabric cutting, and manage multiple pieces at once. Our sewing services are fully supported by top-of-the-line material management equipment, including a CNC fabric cutter with automated service for rolls as large as 61 inches.

Additional Services From Jonco

We also offer a full range of complementary services to enhance your sewing project, accommodating the special needs of any industry — including startups, tool manufacturers, the military sector, textile/apparel manufacturers, and forestry.

A few of our most popular add-on services are listed below.

In-House Design

We believe in creating work that is innovative, well-designed, and practical, not to mention economical to produce. Our 3D design and engineering experts work from the prototype stage to full-scale production, creating precise, fully functional parts with complex features and geometries.

Dye Sublimation Printing

Ideal for custom fabric creations, dye sublimation printing projects also benefit from our in-house sewing and cutting services for the perfect finish. Dye sublimation is an extremely quick and accurate process, with a far more permanent final product than traditional processes that print a layer of ink onto a fabric surface.

Working With the Jonco Team

From the prototype stage to full-scale production, Jonco is ready to bring your project to market. We complete all of our custom sewing projects with transparent timelines, maintaining a deeply collaborative process.
